1-Year Limited Warranty

All KuKirin scooters purchased from E-Scooter Hut are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a fault develops within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit where appropriate, in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

KuKirin Warranty

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time. Most deliveries arrive within 1–5 working days across the UK, depending on your location and the courier used. You may also receive live updates directly from the courier, including delivery windows and status changes.
