KuKirin Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you request a refund or return after placing an order, please refer to the following return and refund policy.

Return and Refund Conditions

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect Product: If the product you received does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or replacement.

Unopened Products: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For returns made within 14 days due to reasons other than product quality — specifically, those stemming from customer preference — the customer is responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs.

Quality Issues: If you discover a quality issue during use, you can apply for a replacement within 14 days of purchase. We cover the shipping cost.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened products unless there is a quality issue.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Situations Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products that have been obviously used or damaged.
  • Products missing original packaging.

Battery Range Disclaimer

The listed range is based on test conditions under the following standard: 60 kg rider, 25°C temperature, an average speed of 20 km/h, and smooth city road conditions.

Actual battery performance and range may vary depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding style. It is normal for the real-world range to differ from the published data.

If the reduced range is caused by a battery defect, we will take responsibility and handle the issue promptly.

Return Process

Application Steps:

  1. Please submit your return request through our contact page, including your order number and product photos.
  2. After approval by support we will share the corresponding return address with you. Products can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and manuals. The customer is responsible for proper packaging.
  3. Please return the product and provide the tracking number and query link to E-Scooter Hut within 7 days. Otherwise, the request will be processed as expired.
  4. We will arrange a refund or replacement after receiving the package.

Return Shipping Fees: We will cover the return shipping costs for products returned due to quality issues. In other cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

Refund Time: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Once the refund process starts, it will take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your bank, so please be patient.

Cancellation (Product Shipped)

Once a parcel is dispatched and cannot be intercepted, kindly contact our support team to initiate a return upon receiving the parcel. Please note that you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.

Cancellation (Product Not Shipped)

Consumers can contact us to cancel their order before the package is shipped, without incurring any fees.
