What warranty do I get with the VS3?

1-Year Limited Warranty

All VIPCOO scooters purchased from E-Scooter Hut are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a fault develops within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit where appropriate, in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Do I get tracking information?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time. Most deliveries arrive within 1–5 working days across the UK, depending on your location and the courier used. You may also receive live updates directly from the courier, including delivery windows and status changes.

What if my VS3 arrives damaged?

If your scooter arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the packaging and the product. This helps us quickly assess the issue and work out the best solution for you.

In most cases, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or suitable resolution as quickly as possible. We may also liaise directly with the courier to investigate any transit damage.

We strongly recommend checking the packaging before signing for delivery, and if there is any visible damage, noting it with the courier where possible.
